I love this vintage valentine because it reminds me of the Faberge Easter Egg called “Lily of the Valley”  gifted in 1898 by Czar Nicholas II of Russia to his wife Alexandra, the great love of his life.

  2. About 10 years ago I took my kids to the Forbes Museum in Greenwich Village, NYC and saw Malcolm's collection of Faberge eggs ~ it was fabulous! Sadly, the collection has since been sold...
