Since this week’s block for Brackman’s Civil War Quilt 2011 is called “Union Square,” I decided to use the blue Union fabric from her Civil War Reunion collection as part of the design. I also wanted to have a solid red cross or X in the nine-patch so I changed that to suit my taste. This is the result.
