SEA LIFE IN ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO?

Yes, there is abundant sea life in the arid desert land of Albuquerque, New Mexico.  You can find them at the city’s BioPark Aquarium, a cool and refreshing place to take a break from the heat of the city.  The BioPark also has a zoo and botanical gardens, neither of which we visited.  Our feet were tired plus it was pretty hot outside so we stayed inside.

These are some of the metal sculpture in the parking lot seen when entering the park area.

The diversity of fish and aquatic animals is abundantly displayed in this Aquarium.  Imagine that many times over in the oceans of our world.  Amazing.

Then there is a beautiful array of flowers blooming in the city.  I LOVE Hollyhocks!

I'll get back to quilt related posts next time. Until then, may your bobbin always be full.
