BACK TO BLOGGING AFTER A THREE WEEK ABSENCE

First there was the week in New Mexico, vacationing from Albuquerque, to Santa Fe, to Taos, and back to Albuquerque.  The day I got home, the computer went down.  Didn’t have a chance to look at much of anything before it went kaput!

So to Geek Squad it went for almost two weeks of spa treatment (i.e. repairs).  Now both the computer and I are back home and ready to start catching up with the news.

Best in Show at Fiber Arts Fiesta

One of our first stops was the Fiber Arts Fiesta at the Expo Center in Albuquerque.  In addition to many wonderful quilts, there were also weaving, spinning, knitting, crocheting and all other types of needlework displayed, all supported by vendors carrying the various supplies needed for those needle arts.  Since my first love is quilting, I only took pictures of some of my favorite quilts so ere is a Smilebox slideshow for you to watch.
