It is pretty safe for me to say that I won’t be making another one of these blocks. I learned things to do and not to do while working on this baby. It just so happened I had some tiny rick-rack stowed away in my embellishments drawer that worked. I think it was some that I inherited from a relative so it’s probably ancient, but it filled the bill. Some day knowing this technique may come in handy. We’ll see.
Now I can move on to something else.

It turned out lovely, love the rick-rack on it. It is always good to try something new or outside our comfort zone, I'm sure you did learn as you made this block.
